All products purchased from Vida Wellness are non-refundable and non-returnable.
No Returns or Refunds After Delivery
Once a product has been delivered to the client, it is considered final sale. Vida Wellness does not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Incorrect product selection by the customer
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@myvidawellness.com. We will review the issue and, if verified, may offer a replacement at our discretion.
Health & Safety Compliance
Due to the sensitive nature of peptides, supplements, and weight loss products, we cannot restock or resell returned items. This policy ensures product integrity and client safety.
