Cancellation IV

At Vida Wellness, we value your time and strive to provide exceptional care to every client. To ensure we can accommodate all scheduled appointments, we ask that you observe the following cancellation policy:

• Appointments for both In-Clinic IV Therapy and Concierge (Mobile) IV Therapy must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time to receive a full refund of the IV therapy cost and any applicable concierge fee.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are not eligible for a refund of the IV therapy cost or the concierge travel fee.

• Clients who fail to appear for their scheduled appointment without prior notice (“noshows”) will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.

• If Vida Wellness must cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will have the option to receive a full refund or reschedule your appointment at no additional cost.
